"We really appreciated our visit in Giardini Naxos and around
However we thought the beach boulevard very noisy and too crowded at night
The sidewalks are too narrow to walk peacefully
Anyway we will recommand to make a stop there"

"Posto spettacolare! X chi vive nel caos di Milano come noi... abbiamo soggiornato una settimana in un appartamento a due passi dal mare vista favolosa.

"We love Giardini Naxos. One of the best choise in Sicily. This was the second time, that we booked accomodation here. Public transport is very good, the train station is app. 15 minutes by walk from the beach. We can travel easily to Messina, Siracusa, Gole Alcantara, Taormina and another places from here. "

"We couldn’t get over the amount of litter everywhere, aggressive driving & the feeling we were being taken the piss of. Won’t be back to Sicily though some people were very nice, friendly, historic sites interesting & fabulous food. "

"The transport services are really excellent. I think the municipality is doing a good job with the services . However, the lack of maintenance of the touristes accommodation is far from what we expected. "

"We had a lovely holiday in Giardini Naxos ( specifically Recanati). Recanati itself was very pleasant, quiet and well connected by public transport. We stayed in Recanati Seaside Apartment where we were very well looked after by our excellent host Rosario, Within a very short stroll we had a choice of at least 6 good restaurants. We visited most of them. I can particularly mention Da Margarita and Sire. A supermarket is just beside the apartment. There is a lovely walk from Recanati to the main beach at Giordini Naxos. One aspect I was disappointed in was that most of the beach area is private in Giardini Naxos, with entrance fees charged. For anybody visiting Giardini Naxos a trip to Taormina by public transport and an excursion up Etna is highly recommended"
